Craig has dedicated more than 25 years to law enforcement and understands the importance of strength — both mentally and physically. A lifelong athlete who competed in basketball, football, and track, his passion for fitness has been a constant throughout his career.
In 2019, Craig became a certified LawFit instructor and has since earned his R.A.D. certification and graduated from the FBI National Academy. His calm, encouraging teaching style creates an environment where participants feel supported every step of the way — building genuine confidence alongside practical, real-world skills.
Jennifer has more than eleven years of experience in public service and has long recognized the importance of staying fit and healthy. Her fitness journey began over 20 years ago with her first spin class at the YMCA — and she never looked back.
She earned her A.C.E. personal training certification and taught group exercise classes including Women on Weights, GroupX, and Boot Camp. In 2022, she became a certified R.A.D. instructor and is also a CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor through the American Red Cross — qualified to teach life-saving skills, not just practice them. Jennifer's warm, empowering teaching style ensures every participant feels seen, safe, and capable — leaving each class with more confidence than they came in with.
